Foxiryna

From chaos
to product delivery.

Foxiryna is a small product delivery studio. We help startups and growing teams organize chaos, align delivery, and launch products that work.

What we do

We work alongside founders to organize delivery, align teams, and ship products.

Product operations

Coordinating people, priorities, and timelines without the chaos.

MVP delivery

From sketch to shipped with a real launch date you can plan around.

Roadmap creation

A real plan for the next quarter, not a wishlist with dates on it.

Product UX/UI

Design that serves the product, not the portfolio.

Team coordination

Engineering, design, and vendors orchestrated as one team.

Startup rescue

Stabilize delivery, clarify priorities, and get stalled products moving again.

Who we help

If delivery feels harder than it should, we can help.

Early-stage foundersWe help scope, schedule, and engineering meet reality.
Growth-stage teamsYou've outgrown the early chaos. Now you need structure that helps the product scale.
Operators of legacy
products
The system works. Sort of. The team is afraid to touch it. We're not.
Distributed teamsEngineers in three time zones, contractors everywhere, and no shared definition of done.

Why Foxiryna

We're small on purpose. The senior person on day one is the same one on day ninety.

Senior-led delivery

No account managers. The people planning the work are the people delivering it.

Real delivery timelines

We commit to timelines and communicate risks before they become surprises.

Built for ambiguity

Roadmap fuzzy? Stack inherited? Founder-led chaos? Familiar territory.

Founder-grade pace

We move at the speed of decisions, not the speed of process.

Most teams need a mix of these. A short call helps clarify where to start.

Our story

Foxiryna was built from real startup experience — not a strategy deck.

Foxiryna comes from a decade of being the person founders called when the roadmap stopped making sense, the offshore team stopped shipping, or the legacy product started losing customers faster than anyone could explain.

We've sat in the founder's chair and the operator's chair. We've built MVPs in eleven weeks and untangled platforms older than some of our engineers. We've managed distributed teams across five timezones and learned, the hard way, that process is just trust at scale.

So we built a studio around the pattern we kept seeing: small, senior, embedded. The same person who scopes the work runs the standup. The same person who writes the spec ships the launch. No account layer. No deck-to-delivery handoff. Just clarity, structure, and the willingness to make calls.

2014–2020

The PM years

In-house product leadership at SaaS startups across fintech, health, and dev tools. Shipped, scaled, and made every PM mistake at least once.

2020–2023

The freelance years

Fractional product work for founders without a CPO. Patterns started to emerge — the same problems, dressed differently.

2024

Foxiryna founded

A boutique delivery studio for founders and operators who need clarity and a real ship date — not another agency relationship.

2025 →

Where we are now

Embedded with a small portfolio of founders. Selectively taking on new engagements. Always available for a real conversation.

Senior, always

If you're paying for a senior product mind, you should talk to one. The whole time.

Make the call

Indecision costs more than wrong decisions. We move, then adjust.

Ship the thing

The roadmap, the MVP, the migration — until it's in production, it's just a plan.

A 30-minute call tells us both whether it's a fit.

Rapidafunnel

A legacy MLM platform with years of accumulated technical debt, slow releases, and a product organization struggling to move fast enough for the business.

Challenge

The platform had been evolving for over a decade. Feature delivery was slow, priorities shifted constantly, and engineering teams worked across multiple time zones with limited operational structure.

What we did

We reorganized product delivery, introduced clearer operational workflows, aligned engineering and product priorities, and helped modernize the platform incrementally without disrupting the business.

Why it mattered

RapidFunnel moved from reactive delivery to structured execution. Releases accelerated, roadmap visibility improved, and the team gained a clearer operational rhythm for ongoing product growth.

Indominus

A founder had a large product vision, limited time, and no delivery structure. We assembled the team, organized execution, and delivered an MVP under an aggressive timeline.

Challenge

Previous investments had not produced a working product. There was no established engineering process, no coordinated delivery team, and a fixed conference deadline approaching quickly.

What we did

We assembled a distributed outsourced team, coordinated design and development, reduced scope to the core launch-critical functionality, and organized delivery around a realistic MVP release plan.

Why it mattered

The founder went from stalled planning and missed expectations to a working product ready for public presentation. The MVP became the foundation for continued product development and customer conversations.
